Flash Atkins is the moniker for DJ and producer Ben Davis. He has been locked in his room learning the craft since the demise of paperecordings, forming his own unique sound that falls somewhere between soul, house and techno. His style incorporates organic instruments and percussion blending with digital and analogue warping and sounds, resulting in warmth and future weirdness.

In 2007 he wrote and produced the Solid Silver long player by The Bionics on Bocajito Records that was 'a solid gold hit' in iDJ and 'an understated beauty' in M8. He has also recently remixed 33hz, Magik Johnson and Spektrum. Expect a new single from him on Woodville in Spring 08 and an album in the Autumn.
